Property

The property admin behind every deal — done by an agent.

Behind every sale and let is a mountain of admin: tenancy and applicant details keyed into the CRM, referencing and compliance documents read and filed, deposit and Right-to-Rent checks run online. Nova builds AI agents that do it — operating the systems you already use — so your negotiators spend their time on viewings and valuations, not paperwork.

Negotiators stuck doing admin instead of deals.

Applicant and tenancy details are typed into the CRM by hand. Referencing packs, IDs, and compliance documents are read and filed manually. Deposit registration, Right-to-Rent and Land Registry checks are run online one at a time. It's slow, repetitive, and it's keeping your best people off the work that actually wins instructions.

Workflows we automate

Exactly what changes.

Applicant & tenancy data entry

Before

Negotiators re-key every applicant and tenancy into the CRM by hand.

After

Agent logs in and keys each record, with a screenshot per entry. Staff check only exceptions.

Referencing & compliance documents

Before

Referencing packs, IDs and certificates read and filed manually.

After

Document read → details extracted → validated → filed against the right property automatically.

Online checks & registrations

Before

Deposit registration, Right-to-Rent and Land Registry checks run by hand, one at a time.

After

Agent runs each check online and records the result against the file in seconds.

Cross-portal data entry

Before

The same listing or applicant detail re-typed across CRM and portals.

After

Agent enters it once and propagates it across the systems that need it.

How it works in practice

Applicant & tenancy → keyed into the CRM

The agent logs into your CRM (Reapit, Alto, Jupix and similar) and enters applicant and tenancy details the way a negotiator would — accurately, with a screenshot of each record — so nothing waits on someone finding a spare half-hour.

Referencing & compliance → read → filed

Referencing packs, IDs, EPCs and gas certificates are read on arrival, the key details extracted and validated, and the documents filed against the right property automatically. Exceptions go to a person.

Online checks → run → recorded

Deposit registration, Right-to-Rent, and Land Registry checks are run online by the agent and the results recorded against the file — turning a stack of manual checks into something that happens in the background.

Detail → entered once → everywhere

A listing or applicant detail is entered once and propagated across the CRM and portals that need it, instead of being re-typed into each system by hand.

The outcome

Hours of property admin returned to your team, compliance documents filed accurately on arrival, and online checks run without a person clicking through them — measured against your own admin load during the diagnostic.

Questions we're asked

Does it work with our CRM and the portals?

Yes — the agent operates the CRM and portals you already use (Reapit, Alto, Jupix and similar) through the screen, so it works even where there's no API.

What happens when a document is unclear?

It's flagged and routed to a person with full context. You set the confidence thresholds — nothing ambiguous is filed or recorded blind.

Does it replace our negotiators?

No. It removes the keying, filing, and online checks so your negotiators spend their time on viewings, valuations, and closing — not admin.

What does it cost?

It depends on volume and the systems involved, which the diagnostic scopes. Engagements are outcome-bound — we agree the result first. Submit an application to scope it.

If that's the constraint worth removing, apply.

We review every application ourselves and respond within two working days. If there's a fit, we start with a diagnostic to confirm where the real bottleneck is.
